Quality Executive – Specialty Chemicals

Stemgenic is proud to be partnering exclusively with a growing international specialty chemicals manufacturer establishing a new manufacturing facility in Singapore as part of its Asia-Pacific expansion strategy.

The company is recognised globally for its expertise in high-performance polyurethane, epoxy, silicones, adhesives, sealants, and advanced material technologies — supporting industries such as e-mobility, energy storage, automotive electronics, industrial systems, and electrical engineering applications.

Support analytical testing and laboratory operations within the Quality function of a new specialty chemicals manufacturing facility in Singapore. Two hires in parallel, joining as Phase 1 pioneer hires with a mandatory 4-week training programme at the European headquarters prior to production start.

• Perform laboratory testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Support wet chemistry analysis and sample preparation activities
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment
• Maintain quality documentation and laboratory records
• Support laboratory commissioning and operational readiness activities
• Work closely with Production and Quality leadership during startup operations

• 2–5 years of laboratory or QC experience
• Manufacturing laboratory experience preferred
• Hands-on exposure to wet chemistry and analytical techniques
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Interest in growing within a specialty chemicals manufacturing environment

• Pioneer hire within a new Singapore manufacturing operation
• Exposure to German manufacturing standards and international technical teams
