Quality Executive, Facilities Management

Job Summary:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 545pm

• Location: West Region

• Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Quality Management in area of QA and QC for selected program.
• Conduct scheduled independent Quality Assurance and Control Audit checks on completed work and services in selected program.
• Prepare and submit timely Quality Assurance and Control audit reports from documentation and site check.
• Tracking and closure of Correction Actions and Preventive Actions in the audit reports, highlighting Red Flag and Systemic Issues for timely attention and intervention.
• Support external audits at selected program according to contract requirement.
• Report directly to QA Manager on Quality Management, Assurance and Control matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
