Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Quality Executive, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Quality Executive:
- Develop and enforce quality standards for warehouse, transport, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections on logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging.
- Investigate quality issues (e.g., damages, delays, mis-shipments) and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve quality matters.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, incidents, and improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and enhance packaging and logistics performance.
- Support training and onboarding of operational staff on quality procedures.
- Track and report key quality metrics, providing insights for performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Min 3 years of quality experience in 3PL Warehouse
- Experience in audits and quality standards
