Job Descriptions

• Plan Yearly supplier Audit activities
• Involve in supplier development to improve issues related to poor supplier parts delivery and leading to poor yield performance
• Work with Supplier to improve Parts inward inspection performance
• Evaluate, measure and monitor supplier performance
• Prepare monthly supplier performance report
• Prepare supplier score card performance
• Reply and follow up to SCAR and CAPA
• Involve in New product development for supplier parts
• Develop training material and training plan for inspectors development leading to better detection and prevention of COPQ
• Perform daily Gemba walk and ensure line is at its best in 5s and process compliances
• Conduct internal Training on product and process for quality team and cross dept members
• Involve in internal Audits and customer Audits
• Drive to meet KPI set my management and present the result on a monthly/ quarterly basis
• Involve in NPI development stage
• Drive to meet KPI set my management and present the result on a monthly/ quarterly basis
• Support internal Audit program

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma from any approved tertiary institutions
• Preferably to have minimum 5 year experience in QA related function and knowledge in ISO19001/IATF16949/ISO13485/ISO14001 auditor
• Knowledge on quality tools such as SPC/FMEA/PPAP/APQP/MSA and 8D is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
