• Orchestrate full lifecycle quality engineering procedures and testing workflows across multiple interconnected platform initiatives.

• Design technical strategies for defect verification, comprehensive structural analysis, and systemic software performance remediation.

• Guide functional testing implementation, requirement verification cycles, and framework mapping within agile delivery frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, product owners, and vendors to resolve complex software anomalies.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system errors, troubleshooting processes, and quality metrics to support compliance tracking.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, systems testing, or application support engineering.

• Strong hands-on competency in technical test execution, test strategy development, and detailed software portfolio planning.

• Deep understanding of structural diagnostic procedures, system performance optimization, and rigorous incident management protocols.

• Exposure to modern delivery methodologies, validation tools, and collaborative version control platforms.
