Quality Engineer (Tester)

Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and execute robust l test scenarios for SIT and UAT.

. Build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and best practices

. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories

. Perform requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approach

. Provide regular updates and effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations

. Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment

. Ensure automation coverage, stability, and continuous improvement of test assets

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

. 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.

. Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.

. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Proven ability in client and stakeholder management

. Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
