Your Role And Responsibilities
A Quality Engineer with expertise in Test Quality supports the delivery team in achieving high quality test outcomes. This professional applies a structured approach, test practices, and technical solutions to ensure accelerated business outcomes through test optimization, automation, and analytics. They utilize a model based Test Design approach and accelerate Test automation using the IGNITE platform. Additionally, they leverage cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection based testing into prevention based Quality Engineering. By driving improvements through integrated metrics and measurements, they consistently adopt easily consumable technical test practices, contributing to improved time to market. The Quality Engineer also prepares and guides the team on Quality Plans and overall Quality for the project lifecycle. This role emphasizes quality assurance and continuous improvement, ensuring high quality software products.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Test Automation Development: Experience with designing and developing automation solutions utilizing programming skills and various automation tools across multiple technologies and platforms.
- FullStack Expertise: Experience with UI, API, services, performance, data layers, and technologies such as web, desktop, mobile, devices, browsers, client-server, micro-services, and containers.
- DevOps Pipeline Integration: Experience with integrating automated tests into the DevOps pipeline for seamless execution and reporting.
- Test Scenario Optimization: Experience with ensuring optimized test scenarios and test modeling concepts for automated testing.
- Automation Framework Development: Experience with developing and implementing test automation frameworks that can be used across the application architecture, supporting multiple technologies and platforms.
