Quality Engineer (Test Automation - Playwright) Singapore

Experience: 45 Years

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer with strong test automation expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Playwright, ServiceNow, and modern CI/CD environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks

Perform API, integration, performance, and load testing

Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines

Ensure quality across CRM and ServiceNow-based platforms

Required Skills & Experience:

45 years of experience in QE / Test Automation

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (2+ years mandatory)

Experience with ServiceNow Development or Administration (CSM preferred)

Knowledge of API testing, integration testing, performance & load testing

Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD pipelines

ServiceNow CSA or Application Developer certification is a strong plus

Nice to Have:

CRM platform testing experience

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
