Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute fab engineering change quality/ reliability control activities
• Response for Fab quality goal execution result summary/ analysis and co-work with fab for continuous improvement.
• Execute the internal audit for section quality documentation and record.
• Execute fab process quality audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
• Response for fab major event handling and follow up action items/ validation to close the event
• Perform process technology transfer release audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
• Perform routine customer quality report preparation
• Perform customer RMA (field returned from end customer) sample returned handling, investigation and track actions for CAPA.
• Summarize Fab Gate Oxide C-V monitor monitoring results, abnormal improvement, and product quality tracking
• Execute Best Known Method validation from VIS fabs or TSMC

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of prior experience in the field of semiconductor in Quality Assurance function preferred
• Possess strong analytical skills with experience in quality control methodologies, including 8D knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills
• Certified internal auditor
• Proactive and have the ability to multi-task
