Quality Engineer - Semicon

Job Scope

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and test methods to monitor and improve product quality

• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards

• Analyse quality data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for quality improvement

• Train and mentor production staff on quality control best practices and problem-solving techniques

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and quality management principles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the semiconductor industry

• In-depth understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control, and root cause analysis

• Proficient in using quality management tools and software ((using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block and Smart Scope)

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
