Quality Engineer (R&D) | Semicon | East

Responsibilities:

• Set and monitor R&D quality targets.
• Support teams to achieve quality goals and improve performance.
• Manage quality activities across product development and lifecycle.
• Investigate quality issues, handle customer complaints, and implement corrective actions (8D).
• Support quality planning and control during new product development (IPD process).
• Conduct quality reviews and track improvement actions.
• Improve quality systems, processes, and standards.
• Analyze data to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote quality culture, training, and improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in quality-related roles.
• Experience in R&D quality is preferred.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, QC tools).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, or engineering development processes.
• Familiar with IPD process (preferred).
