Job Title:Quality Engineer (Microfocus LoadRunner)

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating scripts using Microfocus LoadRunner to record application screens and conduct performance testing, ensuring our applications meet performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance testing scripts using Microfocus LoadRunner.
• Fine-tune LoadRunner parameters to achieve desired performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define test scenarios.
• Conduct performance testing and analyze results to ensure application stability and efficiency.
• Understand testing phases and integrate performance testing into the overall QA process.

Qualifications & Primary Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in Microfocus LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and phases.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
