- Support Program and Quality initiatives and activities with a high level of efficiency, integrity, enthusiasm and strive for excellence in all endeavours.
- Support customers and ensure customer satisfaction by
- Providing prompt & relevant technical / information assistance to each customer
- Gather & communicate customers feedback concerning product quality, delivery & services to management. Highlight / initiate / lead / execute customer satisfaction activities with other departments
- Adhere and abide with all Customer rules, compliance, quality and safety policies
- Ensure & practice good housekeeping. Observe all safety rules of the company and at customer premises. Exercise safety precautions. Use approved, safe methods & procedures while working in the factory premises
- Perform failure analysis and prepare failure analysis report for each defective product
- To receive training for competency to perform failure analysis. Correctly identify & verify all defective products.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Electronics Engineering
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences
