(a) Manage and monitor the full compliance with all applicable Quality Management System as a certificated Repair Station for various regulatory agencies.

(b) Support Regulatory, Customer and Supplier audits.

(c) Review and update manuals, procedures, forms and other documents to maintain the Quality Management System.

(d) Handle all calibration matters for equipment and test rigs. Coordinate with operations for retrieval and scheduling of calibration items and monitor on-time return from calibration providers.

(e) Maintain and archive maintenance records, quality documents in accordance with retention policy

(f) Maintain internal and external audits plans and ensure on time completion to schedule

(g) Manage Suppliers approvals, ensure supplier renewals and audits are carried out.

(h) Perform internal and external quality audits in accordance with established procedures and follow-up to ensure effective and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions

(i) Conduct internal investigations into quality escapes and non-conformances with the relevant department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

(j) Conduct Airworthiness Regulatory and Human Factors training for all employees as required

(k) Monitor and track employee training and stamp approval records. Facilitate issue retrieval of approval cards. Maintain training records and monitor currency and competency.

(l) Carry out Airworthiness Directives and Technical Publication review.

(m) Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and new capability introduction

(n) Establish and manage all MRO key processes, able to write procedures, work instructions and forms.

(o) Liaise with training lead to establish an effective training and qualification system to track training records and authorisations

(p) Actively involve in Continuous Improvement (CI) events and contributing to improvements in work processes and quality

(q) Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations.

(r) Comply with all EHS requirements
