QUALITY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

. Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures

. To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications

. Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program

. Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

. Translate customers specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs

. Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company

. Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements

. Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc

. Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company's objective

. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
