Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Work with packing material suppliers to design or select suitable carriers for IC products.
• Review packing material designs and recommend changes where required.
• Prepare, maintain, and update supplier- and customer-facing packing and media documents.
• Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support onboarding activities for new packing and labelling suppliers.
• Support the management of third-party suppliers for IC product reinspection and repacking.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly Assembly & Test or packing materials, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drawing applications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
