Job Description

Job Summary

You will ensure adherence to airworthiness regulatory requirements and quality standards while leading quality audit programs and vendor assessments. You will drive corrective actions through incident investigations and contribute to safety, health, and environmental initiatives to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulatory requirements and quality standards to maintain operational safety and certification
  • Administer and execute internal quality audits and vendor audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality subjects, airworthiness regulations, and human factors to enhance team competence
  • Monitor and report on Safety Management System program performance to support risk mitigation and safety culture
  • Manage the approved vendor program, including validation of capability evaluations to ensure supplier reliability
  • Administer and assess personnel authorization approvals to maintain workforce qualification standards
  • Conduct incident investigations and perform 8D defect analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in regulatory and customer audits to demonstrate compliance and address audit findings effectively
  • Actively contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and corporate HSE programs, including risk communication and mitigation efforts
  • Support and engage in Continuous Improvement programs to enhance processes and operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals and compliance requirements


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in aviation related, mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering orequiv alent
  • CAAS paper L11/L12, H11, M9, M10 and/or equivalent will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in aviation quality field will be an advantageous
  • Knowledge on airworthiness regulatory requirements and AS9110 & AS9120 Standards
  • Trained Internal Quality Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred
  • Safety Management System trained will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and procedure writing skills
  • Possess knowledge of statistical tools and methodology
  • Good team player with problem solving skills and good time management
