Job Description

. To perform quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all related government agencies, aviation authorities and customers requirements and regulations

. Manage the Quality Management System

. Review and revise quality procedures and quality manual

. Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, investigate the root cause and determine effective corrective actions to eliminate the cost of poor quality

. Perform internal and external vendor audits to evaluate quality system, products, and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP)

. Liaise closely with internal functions to prepare for First Article submission following AS13100 requirements

. Attend and review Material Review Board to drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/ scrap
