Job summary:
Perform checking on incoming materials, finished products, production line. Plan and liaise with relevant departments to execute projects, non routine testing etc. Assist Manager in audits.
Job responsibilities:
- Liaise with relevant department on incoming materials schedule and perform the relevant checking.
- Review COAs to ensure conformity of the raw materials and packaging materials before use
- Conduct production line checking
- Complete finished products checking on time
- Perform microbial checking on the raw materials, packaging materials, water samples from line and finished products.
- Assist in data collection and investigation when non conformance occur.
- Support in non routine testing and project
- Ensure all equipment are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Liaise with testing lab on external testing
Requirements to excel in this position.
- Minimum diploma and degree (Certified in Food Science and Technology or its equivalent)
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Good analytical skills, detailed person
- Good communication and written skills.
- Willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice would be preferred
