• Conduct real-time inspections on the production line to catch and flag issues immediately.

• Investigate defects to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Measure and document quality data accurately, maintaining clear records for review.

• Ensure production documentation and procedures are followed, supporting consistent operations.

• Prepare samples and data for audits and new production trials.

• Support and guide new team members on quality standards and best practices.

Work Schedule & Location

• Shift: Day shift, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

• Schedule Flexibility: Choose a 5-day or 6-day workweek arrangement.

• Convenient Transport: Free company shuttle bus provided from Choa Chu Kang and Joo Koon MRT stations.

• Team Support: Willingness to cover occasional night shifts when the team needs support.
