Job Description
To perform the following tasks, as part of the Service Center operations:-
- Perform final quality control on serviced watches according to established guidelines
- Ensure a good level of standard on repair services, to maintain good customer satisfaction
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of work equipment
- To comply to technical guidelines set out by the Company and ensure quality work carried out
To participate in the continuous improvement of the QC process, while complying with technical guidelines set out by the Company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QC position
- Strong interest in watch industry
- Good eye for details meticulous in checking of products
- Proficient in aesthetic controls
