Position Overview

We operate with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and responsible production. As part of our growth, we are looking for a QC Supervisor to support our journey toward higher quality performance and enhanced laboratory capability.

The QC Supervisor plays a key role in managing laboratory operations and ensuring that all analytical work is conducted with accuracy, consistency, and compliance. This role oversees daytoday activities in the QC lab, provides technical leadership to the team, and supports quality initiatives that strengthen overall product reliability.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily QC laboratory functions, ensuring timely and accurate testing of raw materials, inprocess samples, and finished products
• Monitor quality performance on the production floor through inspections and routine process checks
• Oversee stability studies, sample control, and documentation related to longterm product assessment
• Ensure laboratory instruments are functioning optimally through proper calibration, upkeep, and troubleshooting
• Maintain auditready documentation, data integrity, and adherence to quality procedures
• Contribute to analytical method improvements, validation activities, and procedural updates
• Support investigations related to deviations, outofspec results, or other quality issues, and help implement corrective actions
• Promote a safe working environment by upholding laboratory safety practices and emergency readiness
• Provide coaching, onthejob training, and mentorship to junior QC personnel
• Undertake other qualityrelated duties as assigned by Quality Leadership

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a relevant scientific field
• At least 5 years of QC or laboratory experience, ideally within a GMPregulated or highly controlled environment
• Strong handson experience with laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques
• Familiar with GMP, documentation standards, laboratory safety, and internal quality procedures
• Competence in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, or calibration is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, guide, or mentor team members
• Strong commitment to accuracy, organisation, and SOP compliance
• Good communication skills and proficiency in common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
