Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

. Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications

. Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments

. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions

. Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications

. Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.

. Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards

. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs summarizing re-work and waste inputting data into quality database

. NCR data collections and photos taking

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

This position requires minimum 1-year relevant experience in quality control

Education:

Minimum ITE grad

Skills:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
