1. Formulates, establishes and implements company QA systems, programs and activities.
2. Develops methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training to ensure ongoing quality improvement processes.
3. Investigates complaints and provide timely responses in accordance with defined procedures.
4. Works closely with suppliers, customers and internal staff to meet the quality requirements.
