QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for products and applications
• Coordinate sample preparation and delivery according to customer requirements
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer formulations
• Perform quality control testing for raw materials and production batches
• Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming raw materials and finished products
• Maintain retain samples of all products for traceability
• Conduct laboratory testing, analyze results, and prepare summary reports
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Investigate nonconforming materials and products, including root cause analysis
• Support troubleshooting of production batches and recommend corrective actions
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required
• Maintain and control Quality records and documentation
• Prepare and issue Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with GHS regulations
• Create and manage product Certificates of Analysis (COA)
• Establish and update formulation and blending procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Job Requirement

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Science (preferably Chemistry) or Chemical Process Technology/Material Science.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years QC experience in chemical manufacturing industry preferred
• Good communication skills and willing to learn.
• With/without experience are welcome as training will be provided.
