In this role, you will:
- Engage in one or more projects to boost QC team productivity or digitalization, tailored to your interests and strengths.
- Job shadow and on-the-job training with the QC team to understand cable manufacturing and testing processes.
- Prepare technical reports per customer specifications, documenting data from QC inspections and tests.
- Perform daily tasks including inspections, data entry, report preparation, and other ad hoc duties.
- Assist in QC tests.
Job requirements:
- Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/or process optimization is a plus.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and practical, hands-on tasks.
- Receptive to feedback and keen to learn from experiences.
- Lead tasks proactively and seek clarification when needed.
- Comfortable working with data.
