Our client is a Japanese printing company specializing in label design and printing for international beverage manufacturers. The role Quality Control Executive focuses on ensuring that all printed labels and related materials meet client specifications, brand guidelines, and industry printing standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on printed labels and packaging materials for beverage products.
- Verify color accuracy, print alignment, text, layout, and overall visual quality against approved designs and specifications.
- Identify and report defects such as color deviation, misregistration, scratches, stains, or other printing inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, prepress, production) to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the printing process.
- Document inspection results and prepare quality check reports as required.
- Support quality assurance activities for client audits and internal quality initiatives.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality control, inspection, or quality assurance, or as a product manager, or other technical position within the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of printed materials, color consistency, and visual quality standards.
(Advantageous)
- Experience managing quality standards for international or global brands.
- Experience in quality control of packaging or label printing, especially for beverage or FMCG products.
- Previous experience working in a Japanese company.
