Quality Control Executive (Food Industry)

• 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Our client, an established poultry and egg producer in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to join as a Quality Control Executive (Food).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and verify that food production activities adhere to food safety guidelines, product specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining food safety management systems such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, and relevant authority standards.

• Perform regular checks on production lines and processes to ensure standards are consistently met, including in-process product inspections.

• Support regulatory body reviews, customer audits, and site visits, including following up on corrective actions and documentation as needed.

• Report any deviations or non-compliance in products or processes promptly to supervisors or management.

• Carry out additional responsibilities and special tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No prior experience needed on-the-job training will be provided.

• Comfortable working in cold storage/production areas (10-15°C)

• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Preferably a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.

• Preferably knowledgeable in local C international food safety standards.

• Working Days/Hours : 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Salary : Up till $2800 basic + Variable Bonus
