Responsibilities:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Overall Quality Department lead, develop Quality strategies and execution processes to meet and/or support it.
Lead Sub-Groups which include, QA, QAS and CI (Continuous Improvements - Lean Six Sigma).
Drive Quality-First Initiatives both internally within PCI Manufacturing facilities and also at Supply Chain Partners factories.
Drives corporate and multi-plant processes that continuously improve and achieve World Class status for key processes.
Defines a quality roadmap that improves customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, higher stockholder value, and stakeholder value.
Leads the organization in using quality digitization tools and data to be ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
Possesses the following education and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
Eleven to fourteen years relevant experience
High level of competency in TQM, Six Sigma Programs, DOEs, CQE/CQM Preferred, and well versed in Lean Thinking
Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and processes, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Broad knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials, manufacturing and business processes
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred)
Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills
Able to travel overseas as and when required
Possesses the ability to:
Evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines
