QUALITY CONTROL/ASSURANCE MANAGER

To develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure that all fuel-related products, operations, and services meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. Lead initiatives to improve quality performance and minimize risks across the supply chain.

Requirements and Responsibilities

- Oversee quality control across procurement, fuel storage, blending, transportation, and delivery.

- Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., complaint rate, rework rate, fuel specification compliance).

- Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure consistent material and service quality.

- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure fuel is handled, transported, and delivered in compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Ensure storage tanks, tankers, hoses, and valves meet regulatory and operational requirements.

- Investigate customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.

- Ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective actions and reporting.

- Provide regular quality trend reports and recommendations to management.

- Identify quality-related risks and implement mitigation plans.

- Work cross-functionally with procurement, operations, warehouse, and sales teams
