Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine evaluations on advanced composite samples, including physical, thermal, and chemical testing.
- Operate, calibrate, and care for laboratory instruments such as mechanical testers, thermal analysis equipment, and optical inspection tools.
- Document test results with high accuracy, interpret data trends, and communicate findings to relevant technical and operations teams.
- Contribute to development projects by supporting the creation and assessment of new material formulations and composite structures.
- Work closely with engineering staff to diagnose production-related issues and help optimize material performance and process parameters.
- Ensure the laboratory is kept organized, compliant, and aligned with internal safety standards and industry practices.
Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in a lab or manufacturing setting, ideally involving composite or advanced materials.
- Hands-on proficiency with laboratory instruments and solid knowledge of standard testing procedures.
- Training would be provided for those without experience.
