Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document business processes, workflows, and user stories.
  • Perform checks across both functional and non-functional testing scopes.
  • Review, develop, and align test plans, test cases, test data, scenarios, and strategies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Execute manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent tools, including preparation of test data when required.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Participate in various testing types such as performance, security, interface integration, and usability testing.
  • Review test reports and results provided by the Authority's appointed contractors.
  • Understand and review source code from vendors for deployment.
  • Support and review on-site acceptance and System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training sessions.
  • Work closely with system stakeholders and appointed contractors to ensure smooth testing processes.
  • Manage test activities and ensure timely completion of planned tasks.
  • Analyze current test processes and methodologies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations and best practices.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with relevant policies and guidelines, addressing any compliance gaps.
  • Provide comprehensive operational and technical support to the project team beyond testing responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or equivalent role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst (advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally across all levels.
  • Hands-on experience in application support and maintenance for government public services (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent.
  • Experience in testing for government public services (advantageous).
