Tester / QA – Join Us in Further Developing Pridok EPJ
We looking for a
Tester / QA to play a key role in the continued development of our software product, Pridok EPJ. This is hands-on and professionally strong position for someone with solid experience using software and a sharp eye for quality, detail, and improvement opportunities.
With us, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and domain experts, actively contributing to ensuring that the solution works well in real-life use for our users.
About The Role
As a Tester / QA, you will:
- Test functionality, workflows, and usability of the solution
- Contribute to quality assurance throughout the entire development lifecycle – not just at the end
- Use your own experience as a user (or super-user) to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement
- Verify that new changes work well together with existing functionality
- Document findings, defects, and improvement suggestions in a structured way
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure high-quality deliveries
- Be an active participant in the ongoing development of the product
Who Are We Looking For
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience using software and systems, preferably within complex or business-critical domains
- Has worked with testing, quality assurance, or in roles such as super-user, support, product owner, functional tester, or similar
- Understands how systems are used in practice and quickly recognizes when something does not work optimally
- Enjoys testing, troubleshooting, and asking the right questions
- Is structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Communicates well with both technical and non-technical colleagues
It Is An Advantage If You
- Have experience with agile development (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Have worked closely with development teams before
- Have experience with test processes, acceptance testing, or regression testing
- Have worked in a product or software company
