Quality Assurance Technician

-Participate in daily quality performance review (Incoming & production part)

-Verify incoming, in-process and outgoing report.

-Support as and when required in measurement and routine inspection according to plan procedure

-Support in mold test: perform first piece inspection, sample checking, packing and guided first article measurement.

-Conduct training to QA inspector according to quality inspection plan for new and existing product.

-Lead and participate in QA handover session. Ensure clear communication and direction given to the QA inspector. Follow up any outstanding activities arise from the handover session.

-Maintain records and documents compliance with quality procedure.

-Coordinate rework and re-inspection activities assigned by her superior.

-Participate in the investigation of customer complaints.

-Arrange her QA section overtime and monitor the overtime performance against the set target.

-Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

-Perform any other tasks as assigned.
