- Working Location: Near Kranji
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update production, training, and safety-related documentation to support operational compliance and efficiency
- Manage receiving records and documentation, including requesting Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from vendors to ensure product quality verification
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to enforce compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC/ISO and regulatory requirements including SFA
- Coordinate retention sample processes by retrieving samples from production, organizing storage, arranging external laboratory testing, and submitting analysis reports to QA for review
- Support product traceability efforts to ensure full accountability throughout the production lifecycle
- Optimize production efficiency by monitoring processes and minimizing material wastage
- Assist in scheduling and overseeing monthly pest control services to maintain hygiene standards
- Conduct daily inspections of raw material receiving, production lines, and deliveries to verify compliance with regulatory and Halal requirements
- Participate in internal and external food safety audits, including customer audits and FSSC/ISO certification audits, to uphold quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Applied Science (Nutrition and Food Science) or related field
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the food manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic food hygiene certification
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: $2500-4500 (depending on working experience)
- Working Hours: 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Company transport provided from Kranji MRT
