Quality Assurance Officer (Health Screening) - JL

Contract Duration: 6-months

Work Location: Outram Park

Work Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

You will be expected to oversee and / or work on various aspects of programme from planning to implementation, stakeholder engagement, IT / data management to quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to plan and conduct audits in line with programme guidelines and frameworks.
• Review and update guidelines/standards regularly to ensure relevance and compliance.
• Support the development and review of QA strategies for health screening programmes.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on centre performance, operational risks, and incident management.
• Ensure data integrity by coordinating with partners and vendors for accurate submission of data.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and execution of health-related programmes or quality assurance related work in the healthcare sector.
