Starting salary: SGD $3,000 - $3,500 (depending on relevant experience and certifications)
Work schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am - 6:30pm

Benefits: 1-month contract performance bonus and annual salary increment subject to appraisal
Contract: 1-year renewable contract (based on performance)
Execute Quality Assurance objectives by conducting regular call reviews and identifying potential risks for management attention.
Review 15 closed sales calls daily for the General Insurance team.
Serve as a backup for Auto Insurance call review requirements.
Immediately report any calls with potential quality issues (e.g., misrepresentation, fraudulent activity) to management.
Prepare, track, and submit Quality Assurance reports to management and the team, including NMD, Service Quality Monthly, and Penalty Points Table.
Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of Quality Assurance cases, providing timely updates to management.
Participate in weekly meetings with management to discuss discrepancies and implement improvements.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Possession of BCP and PGI Certificates is an advantage.
Preferably with quality assurance experience and knowledge of insurance products.
Able to evaluate and provide feedback on English and Mandarin calls and scripts.
Meticulous, responsible, and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Fast learner with a willingness to learn multiple insurance products.
