Quality Assurance Manager

1) Responsible for the Quality Management System of the Company

- Responsible for the administration and maintenance of quality management system (ISO system & certification)

- Implement, support and manage practices to ensure that product standards and specifications are met

- Responsible for proper quality documentation & reports

- Validate quality processes to align with product specifications.

- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risks analyses identifying critical control points and preventive measures establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.

- Lead SPT Asia team to prepare for internal and external (e.g. Customer, Automotive, ISO) audits and ensure agreed audit findings are corrected, and preventive measures are put in place.

- Implement in-process quality checks on built systems and apply necessary actions for improvements

- Collaborate with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods

2) Manage Customer Feedback/Complains (External)

- Investigate customer complaints

- Manage communications (verbal and reports) with customers on quality claims, improvements, root-cause analysis and 8D reporting

- Coordinate and facilitate with respective production sites on non-conformance investigations, and ensure that root-cause analysis by the investigation team is thorough and complete, and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are put in place to minimize product loss

3) Responsible for the Environmental Management System of the Company

- Management Representative (MR) has the Responsibility & Authority to establish, document, implement and maintain effectively the EMS by:

- Ensuring that EMS requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with International standard ISO 14001:2015

- Organizing and conducting Internal Audit as well as identifying and recording the problem related to EMS to initiate, correct or provide solution through designated channels

- Initiating, Co-ordinating, recording and monitoring of Corrective and Preventive action for the non-conformances relating to EMS

- Reporting on the performance of EMS to Top Management for review & as a basis for its improvement, organizing management review meeting as per the defined frequency & for follow up actions

- Interacting with external agencies like certification body and interested parties

- Control of Documents related to EMS system

- Setting up EMS objectives and targets

- Establishing EMS Program and take consideration of life cycle analysis of the product / bonded tools

- Handling and Investigating NC's

- Conducting Management Review

- Concerns from interested parties are consolidated and recorded in the register for Communications from interested parties

- In cases where Documents are maintained through electronic media, control is done by authorized person selected by MR

- To check all monitoring and measuring instruments is maintained by respective Department

- Recommendations for improvements related to EMS

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduated Diploma, Professional Degree

- Knowledge of inspection tool, measurement and MSA, ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, AutoCAD, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, GR&R, Six Sigma and statistical tools.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
