We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality operations, manage QMS, handle audits, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing or oil & gas, with proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Job Duties:
Oversee daily quality operations including manpower, equipment, documentation, and performance
Lead and manage quality team (incoming, in-process, final inspection, documentation, gauges)
Develop, maintain, and implement Quality Management System (QMS) to meet standards and customer requirements
Manage internal and external audits (ISO, API, customer audits) and ensure compliance
Prepare regular quality reports and track performance (daily, monthly, annual)
Handle quality issues (NCR, customer complaints, claims) and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Work with departments to implement quality standards, training, and process improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Manage departmental budget, CAPEX, and cost control
Set and monitor quality KPIs, objectives, and improvement plans
Support quality-related projects such as new product qualification and improvement programs
Manage supplier quality, including performance monitoring, audits, and issue resolution
Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers on quality matters
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or related industry
Experience in oil & gas industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO/API standards, and audit processes
Experience in handling quality issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and CAPA
