QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Conduct Internal Quality Audits and analyse quality data/KPIs

• Follow-up and validation of corrective, containment and preventive actions

• Establishing, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System

• Establishing procedures to define new processes

• Participate in problem solving

• Coordinate and participate in customer audits

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations and internal quality policies

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering / Quality Management or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and failure analysis techniques

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
