Quality Assurance Engineer
In This Role, You Will
- Perform the role of a lead auditor for Internal Quality Audits (projects, process, facility), review and accept auditee's Root Cause Analysis, proposed corrections and corrective actions.
- Take lead role in conducting reviews of QMS processes (e.g. Risk Management). Identify process implementation gaps,analyze underlying root causes and drive process improvements.
- Lead and participate in the development of new processes and post implementation reviews.
- Provide guidance to staff on the interpretation of QMS requirements and audit techniques.
- Contribute new ideas, develop materials, conduct training, workshops to promote quality culture in organization, clarify policies, provide advice and guidance to address implementation issues.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Process Engineering/Product Engineering/Quality Assurance Engineering
- Good understanding of relevant certification standards including ISO9001, AS9100, relevant military and industry standards.
- Knowledge on Risk Management framework for systems/products.
- Project Management and Systems Engineering knowledge.
- Systems thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g. FMEA, FTA, RCA)
- Experience with AS9100, ISO9001 audits
