(Preference will be given to candidates with Metallurgy background)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standard and culture are enforced.
- Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP) per Project specific quality requirements.
- Review supplier certificates, mill certificates, test reports, and final product documentation.
- Provide technical support to the respective department on product and process.
- Perform internal and external audit to compliance with QMS requirement
- Liaise with various department/ sub-contractors/ customer to ensure product manufacture as per requirement.
- Diploma or Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Candidates with Metallurgy or Materials Science background are preferred.
- Knowledge of heat treatment, alloy steels, and microstructure analysis will be an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering preferred.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive learning attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
