Quality Assurance Engineer (Aircraft/ Aviation/ Aerospace/ Maintenance)
24-Months Contract

Salary: Up to $4,000 depending on experience
Our client is a US aerospace manufacturer. They manufacture military rotorcraft as well as commercial helicopters. Our client also involves in wholesale of aircraft equipment and aircraft supplies (including aeronautical equipment).
General Responsibilities:
- Perform surveillance on maintenance activities on aircraft and components.
- Conduct quality audits (internal and external) to ensure work performed is compliance with applicable airworthiness regulatory requirements and AS9110 requirements.
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining AS9110 certification.
- Conduct continuation training on regulatory requirements, MOE, human factors, Safety Management System, etc.
- Follow up with corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
- Perform incident/accident investigations when required.
- Lead continuous improvements projects.
- Consolidate and monitor quality performance data to predict possible trends.
- Perform new capability evaluation when required.
- Sample check on work documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Any other functions as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Aerospace Engineering
- Min 2 to 5 years Quality assurance experience in MRO or airline environment
- Possess Part 66 License or FAA A&P Certificates.
- Attended Auditor Training and Train the Trainer Course.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiar with RAMCO & SAP systems.
- Familiar with AS9110 and/or Part 145 requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and trend analysis.
