Job scope
- Evaluate production processes, statistical trends, remanufacturing issues, and process changes to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct internal audits, assist external auditors, and monitor sub-contractor compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Collect and analyze quality data, identify non-conformance trends, and report solutions to resolve specification or process issues.
- Facilitate corrective actions, monitor warranty procedures, and promote continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
- Review engineering and technical changes, observe safety requirements, and report unsafe practices.
- Implement and maintain EHS management systems, conduct safety inspections, perform risk assessments, and maintain records in line with corporate and regulatory requirements.
