Role summary
As a Software QA Engineer, first, you should understand the art of being human.
You will be responsible for assisting in the plan & execution of our software quality
assurance process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of
reliability, usability, and performance. You will be working closely with development,
product, and QA team members to test, identify, and help resolve software issues.

Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to understand the purpose of product design and feature value, think from a human perspective to ensure the development & engineering is fit for market use.
User Centric: Sensitive to user behavior, user flow for digital products (Webapps)
Attention to Detail: Sensitive to the use case and able to spot anomalies, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with internal and external ability to clearly document and explain issues in detail, with effective communication skills for collaboration (team player).
Technical Skills: Software development knowledge & skill QA testing processes. Proficiency in Selenium with Java (TestNG or JUnit preferred). Postman Jenkin
Preferred addition:
Being human
Knowledge of automated testing tools (minimum Selenium,Postman),
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Basic communication with English (Read, Write, Listen & Perceive)
