About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

The Quality Assurance Associate (IT) is responsible for ensuring that the bank's IT systems and controls function effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting independent quality checks, process reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across both technology and operations departments.

Responsibilities

IT Quality Assurance

  • Conduct assurance audits for systems under the bank, leveraging standardized systems procedures and a deep understanding of organizational processes.
  • Develop and refine audit methodologies to ensure audits are impartial, timely, and effective.
  • Identifyand engage relevant subject matter experts during audit planning to ensuretechnical depth and relevance.
  • Assess audit findings to identify associated risks and recommend appropriate risk treatment strategies.
  • Evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of proposed risk treatments in mitigating systems assurance risks.
  • Continuously improve audit procedures by incorporating insights from audit trends, historical data, and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement & Root Cause Analysis

  • Analyse recurring QA findings and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues.
  • Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
  • Track, monitor, and report QA metrics, repeat issues, and remediation progress.
  • Provide root cause analysis on the findings issued.
  • Develop process improvement initiatives to enhance IT effectiveness.

Governance, Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain QA workpapers, review logs, and findings register.
  • Prepare QA summary reports and present findings to management and committees.
  • Track corrective actions through closure and validate the effectiveness of remediation.
  • Contribute to the bank's overall QA framework, policy updates, and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/business/finance or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance of IT in the Banking or Financial Industry, or Audit experience on Banks/FIs.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience and comfortable in establishing relationships with different departments.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player.
