Overall Job Description
Manage the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001), while supporting the daily warehouse operations. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and consistent product/service quality. This role also supports and ensures accurate inventory handling, quality inspection of incoming & outgoing shipments, and proper documentation to maintain compliance with quality and operational standards.
Core Responsibilities
1) Quality Assurance and ISO Exposure
- Support the maintenance and administration of the company's ISO 9001 QMS.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, inspection records, and compliance reports.
- Assist in preparing documentation and evidence required for internal and external ISO audits.
- Support the tracking of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, inspections, or customer feedback.
2) Warehouse Operations & Customer Support
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.
- Update inventory movements accurately in the Taskhub (ERP) system, including stock reservations, transfers, and returns.
- Coordinate sales returns processing, including inspection, documentation, and restocking where applicable.
- Support walk-in customer sales, including product preparation, packaging, and order processing.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, inventory accuracy, and proper storage practices.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and warehouse operational protocols.
3) Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, operational processes, and quality procedures.
- Participate in projects to enhance operational performance and product quality.
Job Requirements
- A diploma or its equivalent qualification or higher.
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations and quality assurance, or related field.
- Experience in ISO / QMS principles (training & certification will be provided if needed)
- Candidates with existing ISO & QMS certifications are much preferred
- Strong organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Experience with warehouse management systems & ERP (e.g. Taskhub).
- Experience in quality control or auditing processes.
