Quality Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Team of Product Quality Engineers that:
• Interface with customers on Product Quality issues.
• Interface with manufacturing personnel to drive for Continual Improvement in Product Quality.
• Monitor customer returns and work on improvement actions.
• Perform line/ ESD audits on the manufacturing line.
• Oversee:
• Incoming and Supplier Quality
• QMS and CAPA
• Formulate and implement to ensure Quality/ Regulatory System to be fully in place.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering and / or management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quality and/ or management or equivalent
• Knowledge of certification requirements is preferred:
• ISO9001 / T19000 / ISO14001 / TS13485 /TS16949
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the QA field, preferably in the EMS industry is preferred.
