Job Description
Contract Administration: Managing the contract to ensure compliance by all parties.
Progress Claims & Payments: Evaluating, certifying, and processing interim payments and progress claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
Variation Order (VO) Management: Identifying, negotiating, and finalizing variation orders (additions or omissions) to the contract sum.
Cost Control & Reporting: Monitoring project costs against the budget, producing monthly cost reports, and forecasting final project costs.
Subcontractor Management: Preparing subcontractor documents, purchasing agreements, and managing subcontract payments.
Final Accounts: Negotiating and settling final accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Claims Management: Handling Extension of Time (EOT) claims and managing contractual disputes.
Site Liaison: Working with project managers, engineers, and site teams to monitor site progress and identify cost implications.
