Job Responsibilities:
1. To manages and prepares all the cost estimates for tender projects.
2. Managing a team of QS based in head office.
3. Provide support in all upgrading projects and tender exercises.
4. Provide support in projects and ensure timely on claims submission to clients.
5. To ensure accurate and timely payment response on the monthly claim by subcontractors.
6. Provide contractual advisory to ensure the team to comply with contract obligations and procedures.
7. Provide advice and recommendation to meet clients business needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 15 years experience in Senior QS capacity.
2. Possess a Degree in QS/Civil/Building/Construction Management.
3. Good working knowledge in contract law.
4. Possess following Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks
- Resourceful
- Self-motivated with high degree of integrity
- Highly Organized
- Excellent time management skills
